Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders placed separately, and it will be applied to each of the shipping costs. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. For greater safety during transport we recommend you also buy the wooden crate on.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. Orders over € 3,000.00 (only the price of discounted item), will be packed free of charge in a wooden crate extra.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses (excluding Arab countries). Be sure to enter your correct address. If we have to re-ship an item because of an address error then the charges will be your responsibility.

Returns and Refunds

We guarantee your satisfaction with our products. Products can be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery for a full refund of the product price by credit card (Shipping and handling charges are not refundable). Please attach proof of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in good condition and returned prepaid in the original packaging, packed inside another cardboard box. The warranty is included in most of the products. For a full-service warranty, please return the product to the address indicated on the sales invoice. We recommend that you send the goods via a courier. We are not responsible for lost returns and / or damaged.
