Not all our items are in stock, so sometimes occur failings. We will charge for buying the item when it is in production list and you will be notified by email. If there are delays in production, you will be notified within 1 week of receipt of order.
If you have problems with your order, or receive damaged goods, in error or missing, send us an email to email@example.com.All of our shipments are insured 100%. We recommend that you check the goods upon receipt and, if you find any damage caused by transport, to tell us what happened within 3 days via email or fax. Over this period we will not refund and / or send replacement parts.

We guarantee your satisfaction with our products. The products can be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery for a full refund of the product price in your credit card (Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable). Please attach proof of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in good condition and returned freight prepaid in the original packaging, packed inside another paperboard. The warranty is included in most of the products. For a full-service warranty, please return the product to the address indicated on the Bill of Sale. We recommend to send the goods via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for returns lost and / or damaged. All orders from Italy or from European Union countries will be charged the current Italian VAT% (Value Added Tax) both on merchandise and transport. The companies holders of European VAT will be exempt from this fee by inserting your own number in the appropriate box at the order. All orders outside the European Union will not be VAT taxed. The current rate of VAT in Italy is 22%.
